For TCL C745, the challenge was to create a gaming TV commercial without access to an existing game IP, while avoiding generic game footage that couldn’t match the quality or visual identity the product needed.

So instead of borrowing a game world, we built one from scratch. The environments, spacecraft, mechs, characters and combat sequences were all originally designed and produced in CGI, creating a high-energy sci-fi universe where every piece of gameplay was built around the TV’s performance. High-speed flight demonstrates smooth motion, transitions between bright wastelands and dark industrial spaces reveal HDR capability, while close-range combat brings low latency and fast response into the action.

Beyond solving the immediate licensing and quality challenge, the project also created a reusable library of original gaming assets that TCL could continue to build on across future communications.
